SAF aerogroup and ADSOFTWARE embark on a promising collaboration!
After 18 months of field analysis, SAF Aerogroup has chosen ADSOFTWARE to monitor the maintenance and airworthiness of its fleet of 122 aircraft.
Our teams will be delighted to support future users of our AIRPACK suite. This collaboration is already underway, with our migration experts currently integrating SAF Aerogroup’s data into the new ADSOFTWARE solutions.
SAF Aerogroup has selected the most suitable and efficient combination of ADSOFTWARE’s ERP solutions. Six modules are currently been installed to monitor their fleet.
Airtime, the cornerstone of ADSOFTWARE software, will provide the link between the 5 other engineering, logistics, statistics, and logbook solutions available to SAF’s teams. This ADSOFTWARE module has been developed to organize and manage all documents and publications for maintenance organizations approved under PART 145 and PART M. It facilitates maintenance operations thanks to Techlog management (hours, cycles, oil, complaint), task completion monitoring and the Minimum Equipment List (MEL). Its ability to adapt to different fleet sizes enables it to support SAF in its current external and multi-site growth.
MRO team members will have eWORK tool at their disposal, which supports maintenance follow-up for the aircraft they are working on. It is a PART 145 tool for both line and base maintenance, available on tablets (both iOS and Android) and allows paperless operations. From real time monitoring to Certificate of Release to Service (CRS) management or also automatic issuance of mechanics’ booklets, this app is a dedicated and efficient tool for mechanics’ day-to-day work. It is synchronized with the third module given to SAF : eQUAL. This one manages qualifications like CRS, task’s validation, removals, installations and more.
SAF Aerogroup’s supply chain also benefits from its own dedicated module: AIRSTOCK. This software serves as an efficient assistant to manage their multicurrency environment, control inventory and track purchases orders and receipts.
Finally, flight operators will find eLOG, a digital logbook and flight tracking tool optimized to work seamlessly with the other modules mentioned above.
The suite will be completed with AIRSTAT, a professional and powerful statistics tool for reliability statistics and reporting in the aviation industry, that will allow them to customize their own reports according to their specific needs.
Once the integration of the solutions and data is complete, ADSOFTWARE will provide training for SAF Aerogroup crew members, enabling them to familiarize themselves quickly and efficiently with their new daily maintenance solutions.
